Note: Product images shown are intended to match the description accurately. In cases where the exact image is unavailable, a representative image from the same brand line may be used.

7. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date. In the event of a pricing or description error:

  • If the correct price is lower than displayed, we will charge the lower amount.

  • If the correct price is higher, we will notify you and seek your approval before proceeding.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing inaccuracies.

8. Cigar Sampler Substitutions

In the event that a cigar within a sampler is out of stock, Habanosticks.com reserves the right to replace it with a cigar of equal or greater value from the same or similar brand. We strive to maintain quality and value in all substitutions, though we do not guarantee exact matches.

9. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide using a variety of carriers. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Carrier-confirmed delivery to that address is considered official proof of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Habanosticks.com is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If items are returned to us due to incorrect information, shipping fees will not be refunded. Products may be refunded if returned in original, resalable condition.

10. Import Regulations & Customs Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all import laws, duties, taxes, and customs regulations in their country. Habanosticks.com:

  • Does not guarantee compliance with international import restrictions

  • Does not assume responsibility for duties, fees, or customs delays

  • Is not liable for packages held, refused, or destroyed by customs

International customers: All sales are final. We will only refund product value if returned to us in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Some countries (e.g., Australia, Turkey) may not return refused packages, and in such cases, no refunds or reships are possible.

11. Title and Ownership

All cigars sold via Habanosticks.com are fulfilled by our licensed partner in the USA. Title transfers to the customer at the time of payment, and the customer becomes the legal importer of record. We do not take ownership of or assume responsibility for the merchandise once title has transferred.

Customers wishing to arrange their own carrier may do so by contacting us directly. All customs documentation thereafter is the sole responsibility of the customer.

12. Customer Errors

If an incorrect product or shipping information is submitted by the customer, and the package is delivered or lost as a result, the customer assumes full responsibility, including for the total order value and shipping charges.

13. Returns & Exchanges

You may return any product (except coffee) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us for authorization prior to shipping your return.

14. Modifications & Severability

Habanosticks.com reserves the right to modify these terms and site policies at any time. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
